Leaving the Lofoten for the Versterålen

The weather is ok again (not so hot as in Belgium, but dry). We leave at 9 to catch the boat from Fiskebøl to Melbu. Via Stokmarknes, Sandnes, Holmstad, ..., we go for a nice lunch in Ringstad. In the afternoon, we pass by Gimstad, Straume, Skårvågen beach, Eidet, Nykvåg and Hovden, searching for some “open air art”. Nature is beautiful and we find a few art objects (see photos). Than, the way goes straight to Sortland for a 2-nights stay.

And at this moment, writing this story, a magnificent (double) rainbow appears !!!
