The weather kills our plans

Today starts with a nice breakfast at the coffee bar. Than, since the sun is appearing between the clouds, we decide to go to a top of a mountain and have a short walk. The start gave beautiful views but after an hour driving, sunshine changed to rain, and at the top, we only had 6°C and a wind of a lot Beaufort. So ... no walk at all. Than we visited a bit Tromsø without leaving the car. It was the less successful day until now.
