From Mosjøen to Bodø

Heavy clouds followed us the whole day. A new ‘highway’ for the E6 (like a big road in Belgium) is under construction over tens of kilometers. This gives a special spectacle with all those giant machines near to our Smarty.
In the beginning of the afternoon, we crossed the arctic polar circle. A region rather desert without vegetation. At 8°C and a cold wind in addition, our noses were almost freezing. A big difference compared to a few days ago. Approximately 50 km further, civilization reappears. Our stop is in Bodø, where we will take the boat to Moskenes (on the Lofoten Islands) tomorrow at 11:00.
